Winter is Coming!

Winter is coming so it is time to embrace the cozy warmth only a fury coat can provide (faux of course).  I headed out to the new Westfield Century City Shopping Center just to hang out and see all the new stores and holiday decor. Since Century City is an outdoor shopping center I knew I needed something warm. This coat from H&M is a favorite of mine. Leopard print is always a staple, and this year the big cat is back in a huge way. Everything from Dolce & Gabbana Leopord Blazer and vest, DVF Leopard wrap dress to Gucci Leopard print pumps the cat is back. 

With this outfit the bold leopard coat with the over sized collar and general poofiness pairs perfectly with a standard black sweater (I get cold) and black jeans. 

As you can see a brilliant pop of red with the long dangling tassel Baublebar earrings help to frame the face and are just too much fun not to love. 

Baublebar Earrings are my new favorite accessory. 

I love the wide collar of this coat, it makes it so cozy and fun. Cute shoes are always a must and even with a statement from the leopard coat and red earrings my Kenneth Cole black glitter boots give just the right amount sparkle to make this a favorite outfit for Winter.

Love Me Forever with Leather and Studs

This is by for one of my favorite outfits in a long time. I discovered this top by Tamara Mellon. It was very expensive so I waited and waited and scored it on a super sale! I just want to say a couple things about Tamara Mellon and her line. I met Tamara at a party in Neiman Marcus where her line is sold. We chatted and she was so sweet. I couldn't have been more excited. This tank top is also very high quality and the customer service for the website is beyond amazing!! Love is definitely in the air at Westfield Century City. This amazing flower design is so fabulous I just knew I had to do a shoot here. I also needed the perfect outfit. The artwork is by an artist named Curtis Kulig and is part of his "Love Me" campaign.

Rachel Zoe Fashion Show

I was lucky enough to be invited to the Rachel Zoe Fall/Winter Fashion Show and Personal Appearance at the fabulous Bloomingdale's in Century City.

Rachel and Roger narrated the entire show.  They were so much fun and did such a great job!  The outfits were to die for!

Micah sweater in white.  Phoenix leather trouser in Cognac.  The leather is such high quality and the cut is so flattering.

Luella leather dress in sandalwood.  Capri blouse and sandalwood.  I love the look of the added blouse underneath.  I would have never thought of that myself.

Waverly tiered trapeze dress in black combo with the Keira cropped jacket in Khaki/Black

Seine flounce dress in forest.  This dress is so fun and flirty.  What a beautiful soft suede and a great fall color.

Finn collar jacket in black.  Geoffrey wide pant in black.  Capri blouse in confetti.  I absolutely adore Rachel's suits.  I have a couple of them.  You can't beat the quality and fit.  This is a very chic, well fitted suit.

Paulie long sequin jacket in charcoal.  Deedee turtleneck sweater in heather grey.  Hutton leather flare pant in black.  This sweater is super sparkly and the one Rachel was wearing.  I think I need one for myself.

Rigby funnel neck dress in grey.  This dress has a trick to it.... You can adjust the length of the skirt by tying the drawstring tighter.

Freda asymmetrical patch jacket in black.  Anya motorcycle pant in black.  Capri blouse in ivory.  I am in love with this jacket.  The leather detailing is fabulous.  It is a definite MUST HAVE!

Adrianna II maxi dress in black.  The cutout back is just the perfect sexy touch.

Adrienne sequin dress in white.  Time to replace the LBD with this LWD.

How fabulous are these super sparkly gold tassels?!

The deco rings and cuff are also spectacular.

 I have been to three of Rachel's shows. This one at Bloomingdale's Century City was by for the BEST!! Bravo Kimberly for setting the bar so high! You threw such an amazing show and party!!

 

OOTD - Going out to lunch!

I was meeting a friend for lunch at the beautiful Century City Mall near Beverly Hills.  It was overcast, but the weather was still nice.  I thought I would put together this beautiful flower embroidered white sheer top with my favorite skinny jeans.  I absolutely love these Dolce Vita Wedges.  They are the most comfortable shoes, I own them in 3 colors!  My favorite jewlery designer is Stephen Webster and the hubs surprised me with this ring for my birthday last year. 

Lunch was great!  It's always fun to catch up with old friends and you can't beat eating outdoors when the weather is beautiful.
