Grand Opening Party for the Galia Lahav Flagship Store in Los Angeles

I was invited to the grand opening of the Galia Lahav Flagship store in Los Angeles. Renowned design house, Galia Lahav, unveiled their beautiful new Flagship Store in Los Angeles, California on January 28, 2016. This is Galia Lahav’s first Flagship Store in the USA. This party was elegant and spectacular.

Galia Lahav is a bridal and evening haute couture design house, which masters in the art of creating luxury dresses. Galia Lahav dresses are not modest rather extravagant and intricate in beautiful design. With her famous illusion backs, cascading silk tulle skirts and Italian ivory lace, she has created a brand, which is a household name in bridal. All the dresses made in Galia’s studio are hand made by the top seamstresses in Israel and finest luxury sewing techniques. The brand can be found in over 40 stores around the world in Europe, Australia and the United States. Since the company was founded, Galia has been on a quest to redefine fashion for women by creating worlds most sought out dresses.

Galia Lahav is presently considered to be one of world’s leading designers customizing lavish gowns for high profile celebrities and aristocratic women abroad. As her name is recognized worldwide, she always remains true to her origins as a designer showcasing romantic and dramatic elements through each captivating gown.

The store was filled with gorgeous floral arrangements from The Empty Vase. The music was mixed all night by DJ Lindsay Luv. Guests mingled and enjoyed sweets from The Butter End Cakery. The cake bites were absolutely delicious. I will definitely be going to The Butter End Cakery! The boutique had many future brides gushing over the intricate details on the gowns. They were also showcasing the recently released Black Pearl evening collections. I have to say they were absolutely gorgeous! A fun night was had by all!

Lindt Chocolate Golden Globes Viewing Party

I must admit being blogger here in Los Angeles has its perks. For the Golden Globes this year I was invited to a viewing party sponsored by Lindt Chocolate. Lindt chocolate was the official confection of the Golden Globe Awards this year. The theme of the party was old Hollywood opulence, glitz and glamor. So lets glam up the makeup, put on something that sparkles and walk the red carpet in a spectacular pair of heels. 
The Golden Globes were the perfect backdrop for what was the star of the evening "All the Lindt Chocolate you want". 

These boxes are the same specialty chocolates created by the Master Swiss Chocolatier for the Golden Globes. They were giving these exact boxes out to all the stars at the Globes. Just to put the word out there, "Leonardo if you like these chocolates I have an extra box". 

How cute of an idea is this?! A martini glass filled with yummy chocolate balls!! So fabulous!

These are the signature pieces, same as in the boxes.  The star shaped ones are coffee and cream absolutely my favorite.

The location of this party was perfect.  The lounge of the Rubix Hollywood fit perfect with the night's theme.  Of course it would since it is right around the corner from The Chinese Theater.  Old Hollywood Art Deco design with pops of bright yellows to liven it up.

The drinks were amazing, two signature cocktails The Rose Gold and The Golden Ginger which were created by Courtney of Pizzazzerie. A fun award show party should definitely have signature themed cocktails. Wine, champagne, and beer for the guys were also being served. The caterer was terrific, sliders, flatbreads, cheese and crackers, vegetables, and crabcakes constantly being replenished and passed. Very fresh and delicious. 

What makes any event special is always the people attending. I had such a great time with my friends. Marie Torto the social media specialist for Lindt Chocolate came to town and put this together.  What an amazing job!!

Geometric top with red La Mer Watch

Hi everyone! I hope you're having a great holiday season!
The sales have already started. Barney's dropped to their second markdowns today!! Woo Hoo!! I had a lot of fun there. I will be posting my finds soon. Geometric tops and ripped jeans are very on trend right now. I love this top with the distressed jeans and I made it a little fancier with my glitter boots, and of course added a splash of color with this fabulous La Mer Red wrap watch.  . It's finally cold here in LA so I will start putting up more wintery outfits on my next post!

Rebecca Minkoff Party In Los Angeles At Her Flagship Store

I recently had the privilege of visiting the Rebecca Minkoff store located in the heart of trendy Melrose Ave. in Los Angeles. The store is magnificent and truly worthy of being the flagship Rebecca Minkoff store in Los Angeles. From the moment I walked in I was awstruck by the layout and displays of the products. The staff is truly special, they were very kind and knew the products. I love it when I go to a store and the staff takes into consideration your own style. Of course, Rebecca Minkoff fits mine perfectly. 
If you have embraced the tassels and fringe raging all over the fashion world this season then I must suggest heading over to Rebecca Minkoff and pick up one of their bags. From vibrant bright colors to the more subtle hues there is definitely a bag there for everyone.  
Although Rebecca Minkoff is very well known for her bags, I must say this store blew me away with the wide array of products available. I was truly taken by the clothing.  Nothing says rocker or rebel like a great leather Moto Jacket. And you definitely can not embrace your inner boho girl without a fringe top, jacket or skirt.

The hanging bags are the Mini M.A.C Crossbody and the one in front is the Mini M.A.B Tote.

The bag on top is the Side Zip M.A.B. Tote and the Leo Clutches are on the bottom.

There is such a fabulous assortment of goodies on this table. I'd love to buy practically everything on it. Between the glitter and the studs I am just on cloud nine.

Christian Louboutin Personal Appearance at Saks Fifth Avenue

Christian Louboutin had a shoe signing event with a meet and greet at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. Of course my shoes guy immediately called to invite me and I wouldn't have missed this for the world. It was so fabulous meeting Mr. Louboutin. He is very nice and friendly. It was a packed house in Saks. There were so many women there to meet him there was a line throughout the store. Of course I had to wear my Louboutin bag and boots to represent.

This was my first Louboutin bag. It's my absolute all time favorite. It was a gift from the hubs. I absolutely adore it.
